Privacy policy: Jefferson Outfitters will never release customer information to any outside party.

Shipping: We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business days. If we are out of town on State of Jefferson business your order will be shipped as soon as we return. We will contact you if the order will take more than 4 business days to process.

Cancellations and refunds: If you cancel an order after it has shipped simply refuse it and it will be returned by USPS. You will receive a full refund less the shipping cost. If you decide to return an item contact us sales@jeffersonoutfitters.com. We may request the item be returned to a local retail outlet or be shipped to us. Please contact us within 30 days. Item must be in new condition to receive a full refund, less shipping. If an item is defective we will replace or refund the item, including shipping.
