Shipping: We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business days. If we are out of town your order will be shipped as soon as we return. We will contact you if the order will take more than 4 business days to process.
Cancellations and refunds: If you cancel an order after it has shipped simply refuse it and it will be returned by USPS. You will receive a full refund less the shipping cost. If you decide to return an item contact us sales@jeffersonoutfitters.com. We may request the item be returned to a local retail outlet or be shipped to us. Please contact us within 30 days. Item must be in new condition to receive a full refund, less shipping. If an item is defective we will replace or refund the item, including shipping.
